You MUST provide notice to the store manager on duty a MINIMUM of 4 hours before shift, and attempt to find coverage for your shift. If for any reason you are unable to provide notice or find shift coverage you may be subject to disciplinary actions. If you have one, send your Dr's note to support@anbranley.com
